5 min set arm workout


10 min warm up (jogging to your favorite tune)

Grab 2 dumb bells 5-10lbs

on the treadmill pick up your weights and start walking with them at a low speed

1min air punches

1min skull crushes

1min arm scissors

1 min free movement

1 min standing air pushups

repeat 5-10 sets

Do as many as you can!
